Why three delivery formats?
Classroom format works when you have the time and resources to afford it. But that isn’t always the case. Sometimes learners need to pursue a self directed approach.
E-Learning presents a comprehensive review of a single subject including text, narration, multiple animations, extensive interactive practices, a full glossary and periodic competency assessments. These features help students apply concepts and understand their learning progress. E-Learning modules are typically used to replace or enrich classroom delivery outside the classroom.
E-Books contain multiple related subjects augmented by diagrams and images of concepts being applied in the workplace. E-Books support just-in-time knowledge acquisition and on the job performance support. E-Books can be used in the classroom to augment delivery and to refresh learners’ knowledge on the job.
