Why three delivery formats?

Classroom format works when you have the time and resources to afford it. But that isn’t always the case. Sometimes learners need to pursue a self directed approach.

E-Learning presents a comprehensive review of a single subject including text, narration, multiple animations, extensive interactive practices, a full glossary and periodic competency assessments. These features help students apply concepts and understand their learning progress. E-Learning modules are typically used to replace or enrich classroom delivery outside the classroom.

E-Books contain multiple related subjects augmented by diagrams and images of concepts being applied in the workplace. E-Books support just-in-time knowledge acquisition and on the job performance support. E-Books can be used in the classroom to augment delivery and to refresh learners’ knowledge on the job.

What's different about our training?

Our content is developed by industry veterans and presented using proven adult education principles. It engages students and requires participation. Our classes are more than sit and watch sessions.

We cover the subject matter thoroughly providing insight into how the concepts are used in real work situations.

We provide learning supports for self directed learners including glossaries, reference materials and a “virtual coach” students can use anytime during their learning and after their formal learning is done. The emphasis is on key knowledge and additional insight about the subject and its application.
